   Wonder by R.J. Palacio "I know I'm not an ordinary ten year old kid. I mean,sure, i do ordinary things. I eat ice cream. I ride my bike. I play ball. I have an XBox. Stuff like that makes me ordinary.i guess. And I feel ordinary. Inside. But I know ordinary kids don't make other ordinary kids run away screaming playgrounds. I know ordinary kids don't get started at wherever they go." From when I opened the book I fell in love this book, this line wasn't like others most start off with what is going on in there life, but this one is saying how people think of him and how he feels about himself that is one thing I really like. the book is about an abnormal boy. most people don't realize how good there lives are compared to others. so if you like book about peoples lives this is the book for you.

      The hunger games: Mockingjay Author of the book:Suzanne Collins Spoiler! Katniss Everdeen, has survived,even thought her house had been destroyed. Gale,escaped. Katniss's family are safe. But PETA had been captured by the Capitol. Katniss, discovers district 13 exist Okay,okay I'll stop there..... I love how in Mockingjay the author, Suzanne Collins has written how Katniss in this book. if you like an adventure. The Hunger Games mocking jay is it.

  My favorite toy from when I was a child……

     In my toddler years I had Barbie dolls, Domo’s, Spongebob bear, any popular toys any other kid had around my age had around my age. One toy I had that most kids didn’t have and didn’t know of is Mr. Berry the bear.

     Mr. Berry was my best friend (now remember I was 5 around this time). I would take him everywhere (when I said everywhere I meant it) to the dinner table, the mall girl scouts, I would even sometimes take him with me in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom when I would get scared that a monster would pop out of nowhere and gobble me up. (I know you must think how can a bear protect you?)Mr. Berry made me feel safe like nothing and nobody could hurt me when I grip him tight, close to my chest.

      Mr. Berry wasn’t like other bears he was like no other bear, he had unique features the no other bear had. He had black button eyes, a navy blue colored thread that was used to make his mouth and nose, but the most unique things about him is that. one of his ears was coming off, he had stuffing coming out of his side, and he had a battle scar from my old dog beso’s although Mr. berry made it out alive he had a scar that stretched from his left cheek to his chin.

     Then one day I lost Mr. Berry I couldn’t find him anywhere, I cried for at least a month, I felt like I had lost my best friend for ever which he kind of was at the time. When my Mom told me that I will have to move on even though Mr. Berry was my best friend, he was meant to live a short life. When my Mother had said that I had felt heartbroken but I knew I will have to move on and I still have memories. 

Boy Meets Boy

 " It was my teacher who said so.it was right there on my kindergarten record card: PAUL IS DEFINITELY GAY AND HAS VERY GOOD SENSE OF SELF." page 8 chapter 2 paragraph 2.

   In Boy Meets Boy By David Levithan, Paul is a unlike any other sophomore, what makes him different from other boys in his grade is that he is GAY!!! But with his friends, the home coming queen and star quarter back, Infinite Darlene, Joni, one of Paul's best friends, and Tony, Paul's other best friend, how isn't aloud leave his house unless he tells his parents that he is out on a date... with a female. they have their own little secret gay society, he will Paul just fine.

  In the book i love how the character's hangout spot is a type of book store that allows a band to play in, which i found awkward. i also love how David Levithan (the writer of boy meets boy) exclaim why Paul is gay, well how Paul knows he is gay and why he feels that way in the 2 chapter so the reader will not be confused.

  I recently started read Boy Meets Boy and i don"t know just fell in love with the whole concept of having the perspective of gay boy and how amazing reading/knowing how this character and others deal with stuff like this. I don't  know if it just me or is it that i just like book that show perspective of different people with different problems an d stuff like.

The End of  Our Car Culture

     Is it the end of car culture? Well in the article in Upfront magazine you will find, why people today seem to have less interest in driving and owning cars than their parents and grandparents did at the same age? In this respond i will respond to the question above and more of what i think about the ending of our car culture.

    Julia Grueskin a two job  23 year old without a car on a busy day rides her bike three to five miles and takes seven to eight buses, commuting for as long as five hours. failing her driver test in high school, Grueskin decided she didn't need her driver's license anyway, she wasn't really interested in having a car away Grueskin exclaimed in the article. "i just think it isn't as much of a priority for young people anymore."

   Grueskin isn't the only one. Studies show that fewer Americans are buying cars, driving less, and and are get fewer and fewer driver license than in the past. which is especially true for young people. Researchers are now discovering american's love affair with cars are coming to an end.

   did you know that ages 18 to 24 year old say that they'd choose internet access over owning a car? well " mobile devices, gadgets, and internet are becoming must-have lifestyle products that convey status," says Thilo Koslowski, a Gartner's lead automobile analyst. "The Iphone is the Ford Mustang of today."

    So i think the real question is if young people would choose technology over having a car? what do you think?

my name is one of those names that either when you type it won't pop up in

the dictionary or It would say i have spelled it wrong. I've heard different ways

The Fault in Our Stars

MY REVIEW:

     This summer i had starting reading John Green's "The Fault in Our Stars". When i started reading this book i thought it would be you know any other boring love story like girls my age read, but it actually wasn't. When you start reading "The Fault in Our Stars" it will suck you in, and you won't want to stop reading. So if you are one of those people that like reading books in a day then i advise you to go read this book.

ABOUT THE BOOK:

      Hazel Grace is a 17 year old cancer patient, who is being forced to go to a support group with other young cancer patient, and happens to stumble upon Augustus Waters a ex-basketball player, that Hazel fall madly in love with. Throughout the book Hazel and Augustus try to always stick together a fight there cancer to be with each other.

MY RATING:
    I rate this book a 5 out of 5 this book is not like one of those unreal love stories or anything this is like a fiction book.
